Black Planchette Mug

A planchette mug that brings a little séance-room mystery to every cup of tea.

Light the candles, draw the curtains and let the room fall quiet. This black mug is shaped like a talking board planchette, standing on its own small feet with a round white window set into the base of the design, just like the pointer that glides across the board. Fine white details wrap the front: an all-seeing eye at the centre, a crescent moon, celestial markings, and the words YES and NO waiting for an answer. Pour yourself a strong brew or a herbal blend and ask your questions to the dark. It holds 300ml and looks every bit as bewitching on a gothic desk, an altar shelf or in a witchy cupboard as it does in your hands.
